| Grant Fletcher | |
Enjoyed a life-long career with Air New Zealand, working mainly in the Christchurch and Napier retail Travel Centres, that concluded in 2006 with Grant's retirement. He was for many years the manager of the Napier Travel Centre, where he richly deserved his unrivalled reputation as a fine travel and tour planner, earning the respect of thousands of commercial and leisure customers over the years. He greatly assisted Playaway Tours in the early years of the Company and it is to our great benefit that he is now part of our planning and escorting team.
Apart from being a fanatic follower of the aviation industry, Grant held a private pilots licence in his younger days, he is keen on all sports with his main passion being for that beautiful game of football. In fact Grant has been refereeing the game for twenty-five years and still controls senior games at his tender age.
Grant is looking forward to meeting you and providing you with the usual care and professional services gained over a long career, that our customers have come to expect.

| Liz Harris had a very succesful career in travel in Christchurch for over 20 years and of course has conducted business, escorted tours and enjoyed many holidays all around the world. More recently Liz turned her hand to other business ventures and now is able to offer her people skills and organisational talents to our clients. Professionalism, a caring and enthusiastic attitude and a great desire to rediscover the world ensures that Liz will prove to be an excellent tour manager. | A successful career in education recently culminated with John's retirement as the Principal of Taradale High School in Hawkes Bay. Apart from many other interests including chess, sports, and pottery decoration, John and his wife Julia have been slaves to the passion of travel. Over many years John has built up an impressive knowledge of beautiful and fascinating places that they have visited both on and off the beaten track. With an easy-going manner, an organised approach, an interesting repertoire of travel information and a confident, caring approach with people, John offers many skills that will make your holiday a breeze. |  |
Don MacDonald |
| Don is a cheerful, confident busy person who has enjoyed a long career in the finance industry. He has travelled extensively, especially in Europe, Australia and around the Pacific. Don looks after our bowling tour to Australia. He took up bowls in 1976 in Fiji and has been a very enthusiastic and popular bowler and administrator serving two terms as President of the Waipawa Bowling Club. He has also been a member at bowling clubs in Gisborne and Picton. Don thoroughly enjoys leading the tour and joining in on all the fun on Queensland's great greens. |  |
