Friday 24th May Day 3

Mystery Day tour - This morning we welcome back our guide as we explore the Wasatch Mountains, more commonly known as the Utah Rocky Mountains. This will give you some great snap shots to wow your friends and family. As we travel through the Cottonwood valley the views are stunning but keep your eyes open for the moose’s. Stopping at Silver Lake for a walk along the boardwalks, these lakes are restocked every year with trout. We make our way to Snowbird’s aerial tram, for the cable car ride which has a vertical drop of 2,900ft and is 1.6 miles in length, the trip takes 10 minutes to reach the top. You can have spectacular views of the surrounding valleys. Tonight, our dinner will be at the hotel, so we can compare pictures and thoughts of the day. (B)

Monday 27th May - Day 6

Grand Teton Sunrise Tour - The early birds get the best photos today as we meet our naturalist guide who are passionate about the region and know all the best wildlife hotspots. The ecosystem is 22 million acres and is teeming with wildlife from grizzly and black bears, Elk, Moose, Bison, Wolves, Coyotes, Foxes and Eagles to name a few. It has some of the best wildlife and landscape scenery in the world - a photographer's dream. The knowledge that the guides have will ensure that we maximise viewing opportunities. We will have some free time in Jackson Hole this afternoon to relax or take time to explore the town. Wagons roll! To get to dinner tonight we embark on a covered wagon ride up Cache Creek Canyon to the Bar T Ranch. The chow line is a buffet dinner with all the traditional chuck wagon delights, beans, corn, rustic bread plus some less traditional salads and a grand selection of meats. After dinner the Bar T Band will play some western music which would once have been shared around the campfire. What a night. (B,D)
